Job Requirements
Designing and building test automation framework and strategy from the ground up.
GUI and API test automation using HP Quick Test Pro.
May also require writing manual functional test scripts and regression test scripts using HP Quality Center tool.
Conduct and track results of smoke, functional, integration, performance and regression testing as needed.

Job Qualifications
4 Year Degree Required -Expertise in software Test Automation, tools and languages
5+ years of testing experience in full software development life cycle
5+ years of experience in creating/automating test scripts that provide the flexibility to meet the needs of changing software requirements.
In depth knowledge of QTP and testing a web-based application.
Experience with automated test tool software and test plan management software specifically Quality Center, Quick Test Professional (QTP), LoadRunner.
Strong VB Scripting skills, and experience with descriptive programming.
Software development background with the general understanding of software development methodologies - Superior problem solving skills, proven team player, and ability to multi-task
Experience with load and performance testing is a big plus.
Training and mentoring experience.
