(Description) Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. (NYSE:BR) recently acquired NewRiver, Inc., a leader in electronic investor disclosure solutions that has been an important supplier to Broadridge for nearly a decade.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Associate Product Manager is an integral participant in the development, implementation and support processes of Broadridge's integrated document fulfillment solutions and services. The position requires cross functional team work with our sales, services, operations, technology, marketing, and product groups. The successful candidate should have at least 4 years of experience with software development life cycle either as a project manager or a business systems analyst. This is a growth role ideal for an individual with a can do attitude and the ability to think creatively in the context of ambiguity, who is looking to transition into a product management role.

Responsibilities:
- Effectively gather and document client business requirements
- Create detail functional specifications based on market requirements
- Manage product issues and drive resolution of issues
- Develop and maintain release documentation and conduct training for the sales and services teams on new features
- Facilitate the product release process including the management of UAT and ensure roll out readiness
- Serve as the point of contact for the product for the services and sales teams for questions and maintain the enhancements database

Qualifications Required:
(Experience, Skills, Academic) KNOWLEDGE OF INDUSTRY, PRODUCT, AND TECHNOLOGY:

Work experience in the financial services sector
Prior experience in creating business requirements and or functional specifications documents
Broad knowledge of web based applications and database technologies
Prior experience working in for a business/technology consultancy a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented and possess excellent oral, written, and organizational skills
Has a strong can do attitude and can build relationships with stakeholders both horizontally and vertically across the organization
MBAs or MBA candidates strongly preferred

Education: Bachelors (highly preferred)
Experience Range: 3 - 5 years
