DESCRIPTION
An Application Systems Analyst is needed to collaborate with product managers, software developers, and other designers to gain domain knowledge and to design solutions that meet customers' goals and needs. The Analyst is needed to work closely with developers throughout the design and development process in an agile manner. Help define user scenarios and requirements based on provided documentation and specifications. Create interactive sketches and detailed prototypes using Expression Blend to explore alternate solutions and convey final design specification. Assist in conducting usability testing.

Qualifications:

• Application development using Visual Studio 2010 VB.NET or C#.Net using Silverlight tools
• Experience designing for Silverlight platforms and creating prototypes using Blend is desired. Other prototyping experience is also acceptable
• Experience with user centered design methodologies and working within an iterative design environment that involves early user testing is desired
• Must have good visual design sensibilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

SKILLS
