DESCRIPTION
An Advance Business Analyst is needed to provide the project manager and business analyst who will participate in the Analysis Phase.

Tasks include:

• Define project scope in collaboration with management, technologists and stakeholders by completing the ELC Tailoring Form
• Finalize the Level 1 and Level 2 process flows
• Prepare and finalize the Business Requirements Specification
• Draft the Functional Requirements Specification - Note that the functional requirements are not expected to be complete at the complete at the end of this phase. A draft high-level set of functional requirements will be prepared as input into the implementation plan. Additionally, a set of low-fidelity wireframes will be prepared as input into the implementation plan
• Draft a Conceptual Implementation Plan for the detailed design, build, test and deployment of the to-be system. This information will be used to recommend the scope, deliverables, schedule and cost of the subsequent project phases. Detailed design, build, test and deployment are out of scope for this work order

• Must have Pharma experience
• Must have the capability to create wire frames
• Excellent business analysts skills
• Ability to manage own time
• Experienced at creating business and functional requirements
• Must be a self starter, friendly, sense of humor, can-do attitude

SKILLS
Phara experience, MS Office, excellent business analyst skills, ability to create wire frames
