The Client Information Maintenance Specialist is responsible for maintaining all account level information for the Private Bank on approximately 30+ internal systems. It requires a high degree of discipline and a strong attention to detail. Daily functions include interaction with Client Service in the receipt of account maintenance requests and interaction with SDI Sales Assistants in the daily processing of client's updates to brokerage accounts. The Client Information Maintenance Specialist works closely with the Client Service Specialists to process address and title changes to ensure that the data integrity of the client account information is to the highest possible standard. The Client Information Maintenance Specialist also serves as the liaison for issue resolution and research relating to client account information queries.
