Builds strong and lasting relationships with senior management and influential representatives with-in the client's organization. Gain and maintain an understanding of each client's business so as to provide direction to value added services and products that reduce costs and increase efficiencies for the client. Function as the point of contact between with client and Investigo/Broadridge to manage and communicate project commitments and priorities. Manage client expectations relative to service levels and project commitments. Upsell products and services. Continually improve client satisfaction as measured by the client report cards and satisfaction surveys.
Qualifications Required:(Experience, Skills, Academic) Maintain a list of each client's open issues and service level concerns and set up scheduled periodic meetings with clients to review and provide status and updates. Proactively communicate with clients to understand their business and business needs and determine ways for them to utilize additional value-added products and services Make client visits on scheduled pre-determined basis Author monthly commitment letters to each client summarizing all project commitments and associated dates Manage client expectations and priorities around all project requests Understand and evaluate all requests from clients for product enhancements and new functionality and enter requests into @task. Assist with managing a semi-annual Client Satisfaction Survey in order to gauge the level of client satisfaction and build action plans for improvement based on results. Manage any action items resulting from client Steering Committee and Focus Group meetings. Assists with managing monthly Client Report Card process, evaluate results, and determine action plans for improvement. Increases revenue within the client base through enhancements and new product sales. Attends client conferences and major financial industry related meetings/conferences (ie Securities Industry Association, Bond Market Association). Creates and maintains client profiles.
